got you is a personal app for remembering people and planning gifts. By using it you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
Your content
What you add to got you is yours. You give us permission to store it and show it back to you, which is all we do with it — see the privacy policy.
Add only what you have the right to add, and nothing unlawful. got you is for your own use.
Your account
You can use got you without an account. Without one, what you've added is tied to the app on your phone: if the app is removed or the phone is lost, we cannot give it back. An account is how you keep it safe.
Keep your password to yourself. You can delete your account, and everything in it, whenever you like.
The service
We try to keep got you working and your data safe, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees. Reminders depend on your phone and its settings — do not rely on got you alone for a date that matters.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using got you or from it being unavailable. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer.
We may change or stop the service. If we stop it, we will give you time to export your data first.
